Please arrive on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes you will need to reschedule and you will be charged for the entire amount of your missed service. Please allow yourself time for parking and possibilities of traffic at peak times. If you need to RESCHEDULE please notify us ASAP

Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. Please check your availability (beforehand) when booking Brazilian wax or Vajacials Please check your cycle before booking your appointment.

MF Aesthetics requires that all clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Please provide a 48 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. If you do not provide proper notice, you will be charged 50% for the amount of your service.

If you card on file is not valid and you are unable to pay your fee, you will NOT be able to book with us again until your fee is paid

 Same day cancellation and NO SHOW will get charged 100% of the service price No exceptions.
-Please understand that when you forget to cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, We miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and the opportunity to receive services. ABSOLUTELY NO guests, kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption, please do not bring guests or pets to your appointment.

Make sure to arrive MAKEUP FREE to your Facial, Lashes services and Makeup services appointment! a charge of $10 will be applied to your service if you come in with makeup. You may bring makeup with you to apply afterwards.

Pricing on fills are subject to change!! You must have at least 50% of your lashes left in order for your appointment to be considered a fill. If you come in with less than 50% of your lashes, and the appointment runs over its scheduled time there will be an up-charge. Please be advised that in the event that there is another appointment directly after you, we will not be able to take your appointment past the scheduled time which means your lashes may not be as full as you would like.

We do not do fills on other artist’s work if there is any clumping, twisting, excessive use of adhesive on lashes or ANY OTHER IMPROPER APPLICATION. If you currently have lashes from another artist please contact us for a consultation so we can book the correct appointment for you.

If you have any questions before booking. If you fail to read these policies, and for any reason are not able to receive your service,

MF Aesthetics will charge the credit card listed on file for your service booked.

Please take a look at “contraindications” to see if you have any conditions that may prevent you from receiving a service.
We reserve the right to refuse any service or fire a client at any given time.
